Looks great, but won't stay lit😡

Purchased this set as a gift. Am very disappointed in them because they will not stay lit. Longest burn time has been 35 seconds.😥

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting the torches to stay lit! We do have a step-by-step video tutorial to help out with this since there is a different style of wick in this torch.
